FOMENTO provided promotional services, consultancy work regarding the scope of the project, and commercial agent services for the provision of infrastructure in order to develop a TETRA radio network for voice and data services at Kotoka international airport, Tema port, 20 border command posts, 10 regional offices, and 70 radio terminals in vehicles, including maintenance and spare parts.
